My yoga journey started in 1996 in South India in a Sivananda ashram. I took my teacher training during 1998 and have taught in class settings and private 1-1 sessions since then.
As a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals, I continue to learn and grow and am also qualified as a meditation and pranayama teacher and have experience with mudras.
My belief is that yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit the mind, body, and spirit. By connecting with our body and our breath we can learn how to guide our lives in a conscious way to promote self-discovery, personal growth, and improved wellbeing. I am dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for students to practise and am committed to ongoing professional development.
